I don't want to hear it, I just had a hamburger.

That sounds great!!!!!!!
I like to take a pork roast and a bag of sour kraut put them in the crock pot and let it cook untill the roast is falling apart.
Then I serve it over bread, open face style.
If any is left over I put it in a iron skillet and pour my home made BBQ sauce over it. :chug:

2 bags of lipton noodle soup a regular can of whole kernal corn.
Get the soup boiling add the corn, scramble up to eggs and slowly
pour the egg in, almost like egg drop soup. Let it boil for a little bit.
And serve.

Not really I start with Kraft hickory smoke and the vinegar from a large jar of pickled (HOT) peppers and just add whatever I find in the wife's cabinets till it tastes good.:D
We like the vinegar based sauce.

Easy meals,

Bacon wrapped chicken smothered in (cream of mushroom soup and sour cream mix) Throw in oven for one hour and Eat!!

Ok, my easy meals... :)

First, I love to make pot roast. A good chuck roast, onion, potatoes, carrots and seasonings to however you like. Bring it to boil, then turn it down and let it simmer all day long... Yum. My roasts melt in your mouth.

Second, but favorite, easiest meal. Pick up the phone and order out.

Third, get in the car and drive to whatever fast food joint is available.

Tonight, I am making (yes, cooking, no fast food tonight)... are you ready?

I have no clue. I am thinking spaghetti. Kind of dumb, huh? I really dont want to cook tonight though. Maybe the kitchen fairy will appear and do it for me.

A few of my favorite ones are Beer can Chicken and Tri-Tip (or Beef Loin Flap in CT).
The Beer can Chicken I marinade in a variety of sauce, but Mango is good, for an hour. I then cut up some mesquite wood chip and soak them in water for at least an hour as well.
I'll warm up the old gas grill, put the wood chips on the left burner, and cook the chicken on a low flame on the center and right burners. I will mist the wood chips to keep them smoldering most of the time.
So I then drink about 1/2 can of beer, taken the can and insert it in the chicken, stand it up on the burner, and slow cook it for about 2 hours, so it gets good & smoked. Just Incedible!!!

The Tri-tip is a California thing I learned while stationed at Lamoore Naval Air station, near Fresno, Ca. I marinate the Tri-tip in a Brandy Peppercorn sauce, and slow cook it with low flame, while using the smoldering mesquite wood chips to give it a nice smoky taste.

I'll have to dig up the King Ranch Chicken, and some others later...
Bon Appetite! :chug:

Pork roast, 8oz bbq sauce, 8oz beer, crock pot for 6hr on high. shread and serve on bread or rolls. I also add cheese, Tabasco, and pickled jalapenos:drool::drool::drool::drool:. :chug:
