fish carburetor

Has anyone see or heard of the fish carburetor, only read about it on the Internet. No jets, supposed to increase mpg and hp by 20% -30% I know you can't believe everything you read on the Internet, so just asking has anyone seen or have any kind of experience with this carb, just wondering?

They are no longer made and were more trouble than they were worth. They still are not as good as fuel injection.
