I strive to keep the site current on software through your support and donations. There is a significant change coming soon.
I have spent the better part of a month testing and to make the change you all may experience but there are 1000s of things I have to change in a four hour lapse. Sorry.

There's still a little while to go with a healthy number of bugs, feedback and other bits in our backlog that we'd like to work through, but each release represents a significant amount...

Update:
The new software is now @ beta 7 and I finished all the recoding. There is no ETA on when there will be an official release though.

Phase one is complete. The Elasticsearch enhanced search system has been upgraded from ES6 to ES8.

A huge upgrade is going to happen soon. We will be going from 2.2.16pl2 to 2.3.1 (2.3 is already out but there are so many initial bugs I will not go there.)
I have been testing on my test site so the upgrade should be transparent. The change when enacted will take aprox. three hours. Sorry...
The site will look the same but be current....

There has not been a date announced for the 2.3.1 version release. But, it is usually a few weeks from the initial release so most likely soon.
I will keep everyone informed.
