Need help!

Driving my 83 CJ noticed brake was spongy and my brake light come on. I checked all brakes and noticed my LR brake cylinder was leaking. Replaced both LR and RR brake cylinders, bled each as I QC'd repair, starting with LR then RR. Added brake fluid, and drove JEEP. This is when I felt as if engine was under load and brake peddle was hard, had only about half inch of travel, and after quick inspection realized front brakes were dragging hard. Rear wheels turn freely, and stop when I apply brakes. I bled each front calipers using valve and depressing brake peddle. I also bled valve as I used a C-Clamp to depress each of the front caliper cylinders, and then closing valve. Drove jeep and still have stiff peddle and dragging front brakes. Any advice?

P'valve issue would be my first thought.

If your MC hasn’t been replaced that may be your problem.
MC piston not releasing fully.
Could be from dirt or scoring.
Pushing too hard while bleeding can cause it as well.
