I have a 79cj7 with AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l and webber carb.
I just bought it a month ago and it has ran fine. Now that the weather is getting colder, it is getting tough to get started in the mornings. Would the team rush ignition upgrade help this?
Also should I run any cleaner/additives through the oil or gas? I know this won't help the cold starts, just thought it may be good to do.
Thanks

I have the same set up and I just pump the gas pedal to the floor one time and it fires right up. Maybe the choke needs adjustment.

Tap tap tap the throttle to the floor:D We run seafoam in everything and white gas always helps.

Sounds like a choke issue to me. Might need adjusting (if you're lucky!).
