Hail in CT last night

Last night at 11 pm I woke up to hail pounding on my house. I haven't seen hail in years so it was a big shock. I ended up watching it come down for about 30 minutes and fill my back yard and patio. That last time I saw hail was back in 1998 when I was driving my CJ5 from Utah to CT and I got caught in a hail storm while driving through St Louis. The hail was so big I had to park under a bridge so it wouldn't rip my top open.

The world is changing and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it.

Spring or summer in the St Louis area, all storms produce hail. I swear. Or close to it. A couple of weeks ago, we had hail. Yesterday, closer to the city, there was some hail.

Oh hail. I mean hell.

And yeah, the world is changing. There are things we can do about it, but no one wants to because then we have to do without some of the neat stuff.

It didn't hit everywhere in ct. I know a few people two towns over that didn't get any hail.

I don't have a garage, so I cover my car with my wifes cat.

Yup. We had a he'll of a storm, but no hail.

We actually had a tiny bit of it in NH... and some crazy lightning! It was spooky crazy... we turned off all the lights and watched it light up the inside of the house... then the baby started crying and the fun was over.
