I don't understand I see hard tops in similar condition go for $300 to $900 all the time.

I found a scrambler top and bulkhead at the salvage yard for $700 the bulkhead is a bit rusty and the top is in serious need of paint but has no dents scratches or cracks and has a sliding back glass. I just was thinking to get all the loose paint off and hurculiner it. Is $700 a good price? I found one on a forum that sold for $200 and I found one on bay for $1300

What's the deal?
