Hard top

I have a 1980 jeep CJ7 . I've always wanted to get a hard top with doors. I've looked at salvage yards and had no luck. I know you can get hard tops but where can I get doors? I'm going to have some paint and body work done so it won't mater the color. I would buy new ones if I knew where to get them. Will the yj doors fit? Thanks
