Wiring Hazzard Light
Thanks for the info. The hazards are controlled by a switch in the turn signal switch inside the column. The hazard switch is activated by pushing/pulling on the switch knob on the lower right of the column near the ignition key. In many cases, this knob may have been knocked off and is longer there. Perhaps why you're unable to locate it. There is a threaded hole in the plastic turn signal assembly that this knob screws into. If the knob and its threaded shaft are both missing, there will be nothing protruding from the blinker switch out of the hole of the column shroud, thus nothing to see unless you look up into there.
