head swap/ Weber questions

I just finished a head swap on a 1983 jeep cj. I used a "towing" cam - nothing too aggressive, did the head, and added a header. I already had a weber 38 carb on the stock engine, and was wondering... is the stock jetting enough for these upgrades, or should I order larger jets?

Your spark plugs will tell you if you need to go up in jet size. Usually when you increase air flow, it is standard practice to go up in jet size. Just watch your plugs.
