heater box cable

Hi guys, I am restoring my heater box, did the blower motor upgrade, but it seems that the cable is broken that goes into the box and controls the air flow from either passing through the heater core or bypassing it. (Not sure what this cableis called.) I checked the net and E-bay but cannot find this cable anywhere. (79 CJ5 )
Does anyone know where I can get this cable? anyone maybe have one laying around?
