How do I? HEI conversion

I need to do an HEI distributor conversion on my 76 cj AMC 304 . I am looking at DUI. Anybody have experience you can share and specific distributor you chose to install.

DUI (Davis Unified Ignition) is one of the best distributors or any ignition part you can get.
They are very high level. Expensive but not a Chinese knock off.
Just be very sure to compare your new distributor gear to your old one, or if unsure use your old one.

I would always reuse the old gear off the old distributor. It's easy to knock the roll pin out and slide the gear off.

Two times I tried using a different gear on AMC v8s, it shredded the teeth and I had to replace both gears (one on the distributor and one on the camshaft).
