i am about to buy a 1990 jeep wrangler yj and the guy wants 4000. here is the info...

155,000 miles
3 inch lift kit
beadlock off road rims
hardtop and hard doors.
inline 6
5 speed manual
is this a good price or should i offer 3,000?
