Steering - Not Started - 2-4" play at stop
Cooling - See Below

New past 48 hours. Thermostat, Water Pump, Hoses, Valve Cover Gasket
Radiator Cap - 3 people told me it's fine, I thing the LIP/CAP is messed up personally it hisses at me after engine is off.

Not Circulating Water/Freon

Burped Upper/Lower while running. Was SMOKING before we changed Water Pump... Was used as a TOW Behind for past life, Now I'm making it a Daily Driver.

Upper is Loose but gets HOT, Lower is Loose not hot. Thermostat to Block Loose HOT, Water Pump to Heater Core - TIGHT not Hot.

I DON'T KNOW if it's fixed or not.. ANY help is welcomed.

You did not state at what temperature you are running and when was the last time of a cooling system flush or fan clutch replacement.

195-205 is running temp.

Coolant Flush - Several Times in last 48 hours.

Fan Clutch - No Idea What or Where, I'll check.

Fan Clutch is fine, you could eat off the Fan Assembly..

You can Eat off all the new parts and anything surrounding them...

Did this overheating problem start after you installed the pump? Not an authority on the subject, but the serpentine belt 258s require a reverse rotation water pump and the v-belt 258s have the standard rotation pump. There is supposed to be an "R" on the reverse pump impeller and the two pumps are interchangeable. Could it be possible that you have the wrong pump since you say you just installed one?

One other thought, is the T-stat install correctly? (As in not backwards)
