How do you know what size your gas tank is?

As you may know, I just bought this jeep and need to order the two fuel tank hoses and probably the sending unit.

Are all metal tanks 15 gal?

The skid pan for the small tanks only wrap around the front to the back. The sides of the tank are exposed. The bigger tanks which is a poly tanks also have a skid that covers every side but the top under the body.

Nope.
Mine is a tad over 10 gallons, the tank for the military model of mine is 15 gallons.

I think it will depend on which year and which model you have.
