How the heck do you get the wiper blades/arms off?

I feel like an idiot, and am about to rip them off. This is becoming personal...

They make a little tool for that, it U shaped & rubber coated with a handle.
Basically you just have to pry them off, but the tool help keep you from scratching the paint or denting the windshield frame.
It's not a Jeep specific thing it's a tool they have at auto glass shops.
I'm sorry I can't come up with a name.
