How to post Gallery pics?

I have tried to create my gallery but I am not having any luck.
Most of my pics take up too much space.(over 3mb )

I quess I need to take more pics with less background.. will this help?

try saving them as jpegs on your PC, they will be smaller. You could also resize them, which will help with the size

You can also download a free program at Fotosizer.com that works real well for simple downsizing.
Down size them to around 500x ? for the gallery.

that is where I have them saved now but to no avail.
