Howell TBI install problems

I just purchased the Howell TBI injection kit for the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l . The problem I'm having is that the intake is for a single barrel carb and the kit is made for the double barrel intake manifold. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Also if I need to purchase the other manifold where can I find one? I have looked all over and can't find one. Thanks for your help.

You can buy a 1 barrel to 2 barrrel adapter, to make it work. But your best bet is to definately buy a later model intake, im sure you can find em on ebay, or there may be a member here that has one. Clifford makes an after market intake as well.

This looks like a safe bet, the guy has 100% feedback and has been on since 1999, is an "occaisional" seller. It ends tomorrow, and its only at $5, plus freight which is $30... "act now, supplies are Limited !"
