Any advise on what to use/not use to help installing the new fuel lines/fill hose/vent hose on? I imagine vasoline, or something else may make this job easier because they are tough going on!

I kind of just twist and push...

Not sure if vaciline would hurt???

fuel hose can handle petroleum jelly with no problem. silicone spray is good too and maybe not quite so messy.:D

there is always Ben Gay cream, the heat will expand the hose just slightly.

Try using rubbing alcohol, after evaporation it will not slip like lubricants. I think you will be surprized on how slick alcohol is!

I use WD-40 on hard-to-fit hoses.
