I-6 with warner T4 tranny dana 300 x case ( all stock from my understanding)
So I start my Jeep and if my battery tech reads 12 volts or less my belts scream till it climbs up to 13-14 volts and if it starts at goes straight to 14 volts no noise and no problems.
Is it my alternator or my battery
Thanks for all the help. :D

Try tightening/replacing your belt first, It makes all the noise cause the belt is slipping under the load of the alt trying to to get up to the proper system voltage, once it's there then there is not as much strain on the belt, therefore the noise is reduced or quits all together

SrBeaver hit the nail on the head. Tighten your belt. It slips and squeals and the alternator isn't turning fast enough to charge the battery. When it stops squealing it's no longer slipping and the alternator can bring the voltage up.

Yep its a loose belt...

Thanks guys makes sence.
I was at a lose cause I have replaced the belts due to the noise and was like wtf because it came bacK.
Ill use a cheater bar this time.

A good way to tell if it is your battery is to start your Jeep and then remove the positive battery cable from the terminal. If it still runs then it is your battery. If it shuts off then it is your alternator. Can't say this is 100% but it has sure helped me in the past.
