It was brought to my attention.
i live in Texas. Its freaking hot here and I thought that having 200 degree engine coolant circulating through my intake manifold was a stupid idea so i bypassed the intake and ran the heater hose straight to the heater core.
It does get cool here in South Florida during the winter. I never really thought about needing the defroster for the windshield. Very good point. For the cost of some hoses and probably a heater core (there has to be some reason why the system was bypassed) its worth it. That and all the cables for the heater controls. its money well spent.
LOL no way on that!!!! After spending 40 years in NY. I'll keep the heat down here.
I’m hoping to convince my wife to be a snow bird when we retire, it’s to freakin hot in Texas

Yeah I don't really know why but you guys over there seam to get hotter in the summer and colder in the winter than the Gulf Coast and can get the snow & hail also that we rarely get
You have constant 70+ degree wind coming off the gulf
I’m to far inland to get the good gulf winds but to far south to get the good snow lol

The water is 80 - 85 plus and I'm not on the coast. We are usually 90 - 94 with this thick humidity
