All knobs(wiper, fan) spin when I turn them. Is there a special tool for the nut? Any crafty ideas?

Are they the OE plastic ones? Or are they the aftermarket aluminum or stainless steel heads?

I have stainless, the unit behind dash is spinning

Oh, so it's not just the knob head is spinning ;)

I know that the cables for the heater box are held inplace like a throttle cable, but the headlight and heater are just held straight with lock nuts, there's one on the inside and one one the outside of the dash. I don't have a good pic to illustrate this though.

I only have outside, none behind the dash. Time to head to the hardware store. Is there a special tool for the dash nuts?

Without going out to the garage, I don't remember.

It's 12 hours later, did you make it to the garage yet;)

Well... I walked through the garage on my way to work this morning :D

I don't want you to have to bend over and look, I'll just Wing it and add some bolts.
