Knotching Tube?

Knotching Tube?
I have a two car garage, but it is cluttered with a completely disassembled 68' CJ5 right now, and some motorcycles. I can get the 72' CJ5 in there with everything else barely, but it dosen't give me enough room to work. Essexmo, It looks like you need a snowmobile sitting in your front yard, not a jet ski! I love old farm houses, and property. Congrats on your new home. We're hoping to close on a house w/5 acres here in the next couple weeks. Then I'll have to start my steel building project!
i got them too lol and a honda 4 wheeler hopefully you get that 5 acres I love having Land and being in the country my house in England was in London my front garden was 3 foot long and 30 foot wide my back garden was 10 foot long and 30 foot wide and the house was worth 1.2 million

Essexmo, Should be a sure thing, but you never know until you get the keys in your hand! The seller (Bank) had to do some foundation work before the VA approves my loan. The work will be completed on friday, and then hopefully we're off to closing. It's been a pain in the a@@! It's taken us three months to get this house so far!:bang: I posted a thread on here quite some time ago on Garage set-ups and the property. I think it was titled "Insert Garage Here" 1.2 Million that's amazing! Boy would that buy me a nice chunk of land here!:eek:

Sounds like a repossion mine was a bancruptcy sale so it had to be paid for in cash wich wasnt difficult Even so the lawyer charged me $1,100 to transfer it My ex owns my old house in London now as i gave it to her ill have to check out that thread I like steel buildings too but it would have to be insulated for the winter and to keep cool in the summer plus you would need a good wood stove to heat it for free heres the foundation work i had to fix in my basement lol i should have applied for earthquake relief

Ouch! Mine just needed some footings in some places that there weren't in order to bring it up to current code I guess. The bank is making the repairs esstimated at $31 Grand!

31,000 wow i had my house jacked up and a new basement put under it new footings solid concrete and e3 windows all for 16,000 cash somebodies making a lot of profit underpinning should only cost 4.000 tops

I had to build an over the motor type creeper ladder for our shop at work. I made it out of 1 1/2" tubing using a 1 1/2" metal hole cutting saw and this proceedure is called saddling the pipe. Your measurements have to be taken from the inside of the saddle curve to the other end of the saddle curve on the other end of the pipe. To keep the saddles running parrallel or perpendicular to each other after you have cut the first saddle place a piece of your tubing into the first saddle and use a small magnetic level to make sure its running true in the drill press vise and then you are ready to cut the second saddle.
