Leaf spring identification
I just want to find out what I have on the jeep.If it's stock or notHmm ok, what do you want to know? If you can post pictures that may help. What do you want to do?
Did you see this thread http://www.jeep-cj.com/forums/f19/how-tall-you-i-mean-really-13239/Trying to find out if it is a lift spring or not.
There isn't any other letter behind the tie rod. The spring perch might be covering something as I can't see under it. It has 33's on it and appears to have some lift. The spring doesn't look stock to me so I thought someone might know it as an aftermarket spring because of the way the number is sprayed on it in yellow.grozam, are you sure there is no other letter or # in front of the B. By the picture it's hard to tell because of the tie rod in the way. It's possible the spring is custom or has been re-arced by a local shop.
Here's the spring.
That's a good point.Hard to tell from the picture but,........Based on the sway bar angle and the link being a stock length one............. I doubt there is much lift.........Normally a longer adjustable link would be needed when lift has been added.

That's a good point.I don't think it's lifted much if at all. Mabey 2" at most. I does seem a little higher than stock though. It is taller than my 99' Silverado z71 4x4. It's snowing right now so I don't want to uncover it because it doesn't have any side or rear windows on it. Would a measurement from the bottom of the front bumper to the ground help? It's 22" there.
