Interested in seeing how you customized your CJ interior, Storage box's, cup holders, Winch accesories, 12v coolers, anything you did inside to make your CJ better suited for you.
Don't be bashfull now, let's see!

Well I was fishing for some good ideas here but no bites.
My CJ is stark as all get out inside and beside the glove box there is nowhere to put even your wallet, Have a few diferent sized ammo box's and was thinking about mounting one between the seats and was hoping to see if anyone had a better idea?

ammo box could work or build one out of wood or a trip to the junk yard might get you a nice one

"a trip to the junk yard might get you a nice one "
Junk yards are far and few in my area, but thanks for the idea.

The ammo box is pretty cool though, consol pic was corupt but same idea w/no speaker.

It's too bad you can't see the console ammo can, he did a really good job of mounting the radios and such

yeah he did, i like it, bad thing is i've already got a hole in my dash for the radio. but it could easily be covered with a stainless panel

The panel will be a great place for switches and things you want to have access to the back of.

ah you make a good point, i plan on adding some lights and a switch inside on the dash for winch control when i get around to putting it on
did we talk about the winch switch on the dash idea??

I put 3 small ammo cans between the tailgate and the rear seat, lined up, when we go wheeling. Keeps lots of stuff hidden since you can't really see them behind the seat back. I'm working on a way to lock them, but a tailgate lock would suffice for a while.

Here we go, Not exactly a groundbreaking idea but this what I did for now. Do want to find a little bigger can that is hinged though.

nope we talked about using the place where the radio was for a switch panel didn't we? if not i came up with a good idea on my own :D
Operating the winch from the drivers seat is not only difficult but can be down right dangerous. If you brake a cable it is coming right through the windshield. It is generally a good idea to be off to one side with the hood raised when you use the winch. It is also a lot easier to watch the cable on the drum from outside.

It's OK, I just have never seen anything quite like it. Even on the way home from the carwash mine isn't that clean. If you can keep it that way I say "more power to you".

Now you gotta promise me know more white jokes OK? - Good;)

I have been looking to replace my stock seats and found these on the list that some guy bought to use as rear seats in his YJ, needless to say they were too wide and he was unable to return them. Fast forward..Now they are mine and after mounting them they sit really high to the point that I even removed my sliders to lose an inch.
Anyone with Mastercraft seats or others than had this prob? At this point I think I will make entire new seat mounts to get my slider back. They are really comfortable though and not ready to go back to the stockers.
