If your Jeep drives well, you should probably leave it where it is. But the earlier jeeps like ours (79 CJ5 ) came with the caster preset at 3* from the factory. Later years they starting coming preset closer to 5-7*. Being in the 2-4* range for our Jeeps is fine. After my BDS 2.5" lift and alignment, I am at 1.6*. Tech said he would not change anything with mine. I have decent return to center and it tracks straight. Close enough to 2*. But like I said, if your 5 rides well, I probably would not change anything. I think all of our Jeeps are a little different as well.
