light duty vs heavy duty

hi everybody
thank you for your help so far in my spring problem.
I understand that my jeep would have come from factory with heavy duty springs 7 leaf at the front and 9 leaf at the back.
as I have to buy new stock springs should buy something else to give me a softer ride eg 4 at front and 6 at rear. the CJ7 is v8 hard top

Most ride issues come from to stiff of a shock absorber valving.
Take your shocks off, and see what the ride is like.

+1 with Lg. I run 6leaf yj front with 4 leaf yj rear with non charged shocks. With a big block going in place of the small block soon.
