Looking for rubber mirror 'whatevers'

Hi all, I've searched and searched but without success. I am looking for rubber mirror arm holders (don't know proper name) to replace my rotted ones. Easy to find/buy complete mirror kits, but I only need the rubber holders. Any advice/help would be appreciated. Thanks.

THer plastic gromets are available, but I'd never buy them unless I was a stock is stock and will always be stock kind of guy. The metal ones are far superior to the plastic. Be aware, your mirror stem might be distorted from over tightening on the plastic inserts. The metal ones will be round and a pain to get the mirror onto. It's an easy fix. Find a tapered rod of somesort and tap it in the mirror stem to make it round again. Careful, you don't want to bell out the stem, that would be bad. once you get a nice round stem and are able to start ti metal gromel on you can drive it on to make like swadging a part. I striggled for years with the plastic inserts, never again. Also with the metal ones your mirror stays where you put it.
