Maintaining Transmission
Are there any ways to make sure that the Transmission of a jeep does not degrade or become "shot", Are there any special tips one should follow to make sure the Transmission does not die an early death?

That and - since most Jeeps end up in water to their intakes at one time or another, when the Transmission or diffs are submerged and have any chance of water contamination - change the fluid. Cheap insurance...
