Mastercraft Suspension Baja Bench Install

I finally have my seat and lap belts and getting ready to throw it all together. Climbed under the CJ briefly, it's looking like I may have to drop the gas tank to get the seat in, is this right or am I missing something? I've done a few searches and there is no mention of having to do that. I want to say that the nuts that SHOULD be attached to the tub are gone. So, I may have to drop it to get a new nut on the bolts.

You might be able to get to those bolts without dropping the tank but I doubt it. I'm pretty sure I needed to drop it to get to all of mine. I plan on going up from the bottom and double nutting them next time I'm in there on mine. Good luck.

Those are cool. Glad you mentioned them. I like the front, semi-cloth seats.
