MC 2100 to Edelbrock SP2P Intake

In trying to clean up my stock intake manifold, I managed to break out part of the casting I was try to remove the bolts at the choke heater plate and the bolt broke loose and took a portion of the manifold casting with it.

So I need a new intake manifold. I've got a line on an Edelbrock SP2P manifold and the guy that has it says I can get an adapter to put the stock MC 2100 carb on it. Has anyone done this or know where to get the adapter?

Or should I just look around for another stock intake manifold?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

yep you can get an apdapter Buy Spectre Carb Adapter 2 bbl to 4 bbl 5772 at Advance Auto Parts
they are available from summit in different brands as well

I believe I've read threads about the SP2P. I was thinking of going that direction a couple months ago, but believe the reports were a bit negative. Its worth looking into before you buy.
