Mechanic in South Jersey for a CJ7

i got my CJ 3 months ago. when buying it, it did not run a new fuel pump later and battery it started no problem. since then i have taken it to inspection and failed and need some one to tell me what is wrong or suggest some one that can look at it. I am handy with most things but feeling that i dont exactly know what is wrong and dont have the time to work on it as often need help. some one told me it was because of the weber carb on it. it failed for visible smoke.

Hey John,

The mechanic that did the inspection should have given you a list of things that didn't pass. If you could post all the things that didn't pass from that list, then we could make some suggestions to fix them.
