Mega squirt l

does anybody have any remarks to make on the mega squirt fuel injection ECU??
I have been studying their web site and think it looks like fun but I don't know if I want to spend that much of my life doing this. It does not look like a small project. I do not yet know for sure if they have the ability to operate on the ignition system I have or not and I have not found a system to kill the fuel pump when the oil pressure drops, as in the engine died because I am hanging upside down by my seat belt and would much prefer that the pump not run just because it has electrical power.

Idiot-light oil pressure sending unit, any make. Relay. $20 total?

I've read about it on www.binderplanet.com The guy that runs that forum knows a lot about all the injection systems.There's not much in the forums on Megasquirt.It either they hate it or love it. another is www.justih.org Those international boys love their Fuel Injection
