Merry Christmas to all ! Went across the street to the neighbors for the Eve dinner after hanging out with the men cooking the pork yesterday. Tender, juicy and delicious Cuban Christmas dinner.

Today it was more low key at my nieces house. He husband cooked some Cajun boudin and a prime rib on his Traeger. We’ve had several things cooked on that , and it all comes out great. He also uses a wireless or Wi-Fi meat thermometer and app on iPhone, and pretty much just sit back while they both work well together.
