I would take it apart and clean it. going to be a lot cheaper and easier to find than a replacement.
I would wear some kind of dust mask. seriously, some types of mouse droppings can be fatal if inhaled.

If you have basic mechanical skills you can refurb it yourself no problem
Take it out, apart, clean, a few trips to Home Depot for foam a new heater core and motor and reassemble. it will be a good weekend project for you
