Morris 4x4 - Buyer Beware!

I'll never order from Morris 4x4 again. Ordered a bumper, it came damaged. They quickly issued a UPS return and sent another. Unfortunately, it was also damaged even though I sent pictures of the first one and asked specifically that they inspect the replacement and reinforce shipping container before sending. They quickly picked up the replacement bumper via prepaid UPS. The problem is that they never processed the refund. They don't answer emails. Customer service does not even answer the phone (the recording plays however). I've called probably 7 times over the last two weeks trying to resolve. I then tried their sales line and no one picked up that phone either. I am now in, what looks like, a month long dispute with PayPal since they now have back the bumper AND my money. Just ridiculous!!!

bummer!! im sure this will get handled. Ive never had an issue with morris!! always been great Hate to see them go down hill!

Well... posting a complaint on their facebook page finally got some reaction. They sent me an email with a credit. I wrote back that it was their inability to get me the product that was the problem and again asked for a refund.

We'll see.

I don't see a credit in my account on their site.

I ordered a few different things from them, just got them yesrerday and everything was fine. I did notice they have a revised logo on the sticker they sent in the box. Guess that was changed with the ownership

After posting on Facebook, they finally gave me a refund. Ordered the bumper from liftkits4less.com which came in an unmolested box and in perfect condition.
