Hi All, I have an 84 CJ7 with a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l with an MPI Conversion Kit installed and the PCM (part #p4532679) has died on me. Mechanic can't find a replacement anywhere, so sent it off to a repair company but they couldn't fix it...any ideas for what to do next? I am kind of at a loss.

My Mopar mpi kit came from a mopar/chrysler dealer but Hesco is the other source and probably the preferred supplier. Let us know how it goes.

WELCOME to the site!

Sorry to say-I an ZERO of help here.
Good luck with the fix/replacement.
I don't know how long you had this component-But, I would buy 2 when you find a replacement.
BTW, your stock axles were a Dana 30 in the front and a AMC model 20 in the rear.

OEM Transfer Case is a Dana 300 .

Thanks! The kit was installed in the mid to late 90's, sometime before I bought her. A PCM from a mid-90's wrangler seems to cost about $350, so if that is any indication I am not excited about shelling out for 2, but if they are this hard to find your advice is probably sound...hopefully I can find 2!
Rear axle is definitely not stock, Dana 44 from a mid 70's Ford truck...it is the front I am not sure about. And yes, I assume my Transfer Case is a Dana 300 with a twin stick conversion, just never confirmed it (knock on wood, never needed to, it has worked flawlessly since I have had it).

Ditto on Hesco. Talk to Lee or Bennie

Post up pictures of the front axle. One of us here will be able to ID it for you.
The 300 was the only t'case that was OEM with the T-5 .
What are your R&P gears?
