MSD 6AL-2 Install

Got her running late last night. MSD tech support helped figure out the wiring. Still running very rough and difficult to start plus has run-on but all adjustable issues.

What did the tech come up with? The only thing I could think of was maybe a distributor compatibly issue

Tech was no help. I struggled keeping the jeep running. After shutting down it would not restart. I finally reconnected the original unit but kept the new coil. Truck running well. I'm sending back the MSD unit.

Thanks Lumpy. The blaster 2 coil seems to have done the trick. Plus new ignition parts, cap, rotor, wires and cleaned the plugs. She's a happy jeep again. I'm going to send back the 6AL-2 to summit racing. Let's see if they accept it. I've of course cut the wires to custom fit. Whoever would have guessed it wouldn't work. [emoji19][emoji19]
