Interesting fenders you made. Reminds me a little of a WW2 command car.

The idea came from some Metlcloak ones I seen. Friends kept calling them shepyckoak lol. For what I paid in materials to do everything, I could not have bought just the front version of Metlcloak. Plus these are tougher in my opinion. A "friend" messed up my driver fender and denied it. So I wasn't to upset to hack them down to make these. Was a fun fab job.

I have hundreds of pictures that I've taken during this build process. So these few don't even touch the surface of what all I have done up til this point. But this should give you an idea of my build process. Hope you enjoyed the post. I will be updating it as I make progress on the build.

Here is a video of Capt moving on it's own. Click here -----> Video of Capt moving on its own

planned on doing something similar...get to play with my welder lol
That's how I taught myself to weld. Was messing with a friends Hobart, went to Tractor Supply and bought the same welder. I love it. Got an Amazon / Ebay special plasma / Tig / Stick rig and used it for all my metal cutting. Thing is awesome. Think I paid 400 bucks for it.

Welp, its been a while. Boss changed out hours at work so we get off an hour or so later. By the time I get home I am to tired to do anything. Got to wrench on the old CJ today. I think I need a new head. It came apart on me and I replaced the rods and towers. Got the blown out radiator replaced with all the belts on. Fan hooked up to cool. Smokes when I can get it started and it will only idol no mater what I do. No revving. Chatter from the head again. So I guess my next step is to just get a new head and put on. Fun times trying to build a Jeep.
