Members CJs my New1975 CJ5, 304, 3 speed

good afternoon all.
just bought this 1975 CJ5 , AMC 304 , 3 speed
it's a running car, properly registered and insured... in Baja California
I have several tasks ahead of me: motor mounts, gauges, oil and filters, tuneup, etc.

previous owner died several years ago, bought it from his granddaughter, so no history other than "it was grandpa's toy".

thanks... we like it just fine.
... rusted out windshield frame (structurally sound)
... hood tie-down points and hinges also bad
rats nest of wiring under the dash.. but it drives pretty good

Lol. No offense but you should see the windshield frames here in the East. I considered this half good. I have some that are so bad the glass won't stay in

But luckily for you being in California your local to the home of the rust free parts

Also rats nest of wiring I'm starting to think is just factory.
