My tow rig

As I work on my CJ, I've been doing some upgrades to the truck that will become my tow rig. It's a 1986 J10 pickup. It has an AMC360, TF727 Transmission and NP208 Transfer Case . I'm working on upgrading a few things here and there to make it better for towing. It probably won't do mountain passes very well with a CJ on a trailer but it's fine for Oklahoma.

Man I really regret letting my bride talk me out of buying that Honcho J-truck last summer for $500.00.
Lift, Roll bar, 35" off road tires, all it needed was an engine (sitting in my garage)...and she was dead set against it? I couldn't figure it out!

Your truck looks like a rear survivor!
