Need winch mount plate

Where is the best place to get a plate that my Rugged Ridge 8500 will bolt to and fit my CJ with out a bunch of mods.

Most 8000# winches have a 10.0" x 4.5" bolt pattern. Lots of after market plates are 3/16" thick. I preferred 1/2" and had a local shop bend it. It also helps stiffen the front frame rails.
