new tub sides

I'm gonna go ahead and replace both sides of my tub. For those who have done this, is it easier to replace them with the tub upside down or with the tub on the frame?

Where are you going to order your parts from?

Your gona want it off the frame, You can roll it around to suit then. Be carefull not to weld it back up twisted at all though.
