My horn works great, but just not with the rubber Jeep donut steering wheel center piece installed. There is something about the rubber steering wheel center that prevents the horn from activating when I push on it.
Its the original wheel on my 77 CJ7 . You guys ever seen that before?

Is the rubber center piece bottoming out before the horn switch gets activated?
It sounds like the center piece is not allowing the horn switch to move as much as necessary.
