I have a 1980 CJ5 that I recently purchase an overflow bottle for.(picture attached) The bottle needs a type of hose/pipe that would go from the top of the bottle down in to allow it to suck the antifreeze when necessary, while I could do this with stuff lying around my garage, I would like to do it the stock way. Is there a cap with a hose attached that someone could point me in the direction of? I'm not sure exactly what it looks like so no idea where to start looking. Any help is appreciated.

Mount the bottle on the fender.
There should be a hose coming out of the top of the radiator near the cap like this pic:

Although the pic isn't a jeep yours should look the same. You probably already have a hose that just dumps the coolant out down below the radiator. You should be able to reuse this hose and just route it to your bottle. This hose should reach the bottom of your bottle. Maybe the bottle has a built in hose that goes to the bottom. As your engine cools it should suck coolant out of the bottle back into your radiator.
