The body looks pretty good.
The SOA job looks pretty spooky. I hope you plan on changing that.
For $700 it looks like a fun project.:chug:

What are you going to do for a motor and Transmission ?

For $700 I have to agree it looks like a good foundation for a cool build. Do you have any ideas on motor/tranny/Transfer Case combos?

motor tranny combos is most of what i have thought about. 1st was sbc just about thrown that out, maybe 3.8 v6 now, also know someone with a rolled jimmy and thinking about 4.3 out of that, will probably go automatic as far as Transfer Case no idea. so motor still up in air anybody know what rearend that is, i was under the assumption that it would be an offset rearend but dont look that way to me, not in a hurry so going to take our time and see what comes along.

if ya notice no shocks on the thing was a little hairy towing with a tow dolly 250 miles

paul

IMO I would grab the 4.3 and the Transmission . and hook it to a 300.
If its EFI (I hope it is) you can get the harness too.

Looks like a 44 to me.

that is perfect for what you paid for it. alittle work here and the and it will be a nice rig.
