Installing a Rough Country 4" lift. It came with a drop pitman arm. Looking to also install a 1 1/2" shackle lift. Would I need a different pitman arm or would the pitman arm that came with the lift be OK?

You are much, much, much, much better off doing a one inch body lift than doing a shackle lift. That way, you don't have to worry about the pitman arm. Yes, it is more work, but well worth it.
