Plugging the holes in the floor

If you have open drain holes in your floor like me.
Here is a simple solution.
Take a few rubber brake reservoir cap diaphragms, and stick it in the hole.
They fit flush with the floor and stay in place. They can be found at almost any parts
store and cost a couple bucks. Easy to pop in or remove for drainage. Also come in
different sizes.

I took all mine out so that the water would drain out, she leaks a little.

I had to drill a few 3/4" holes in mine to get the mud and water out of the footwells! I guess mud does plug it up a little more than normal!

I had open drain holes in my old YJ and got tired of being sprayed so one day while at the autostore I was like hey these rubber things look like they'll fit in the drain holes.
So I bought a couple and sure enough they fit and worked out real well.

Very nice tips. The cost is also not too much. It is better to follow the idea rather than calling a mechanic and paying more.
