Being a 90's kid, Van Halen was a constant in the tape decks and CD players in cars that I've owned. IMHO, Van Halen always greater than Van Hagar, however Van Hagar did produce some decent hits.

In an interview with Howard Stern, lead singer David Lee Roth explained the meaning behind the song. Although the song features some suggestive lyrics, it is about a car that Roth saw race in Las Vegas; its name was "Panama Express", hence the title of the song.

Asking for a favorite Van Halen song is very difficult to say the least. I’ve always been a big fan, and since Eddie’s death, I’ve stepped it up. First album is great - I think I liked more than I didn’t. Never was able to develop a taste for a Van Hagar, but one song stands out - honestly it was the video LOL - Even if they were flying Scooters [emoji16]
