Reconstructed title in PA

Any of you guys in pa gone this route? After alot of looking I've had zero luck finding a jeep suitable for my project so Ive started gathering parts and am considering going this route. I'm sure someone on the board has done this, what should I be careful of as far as ownership of the parts etc. for instance Ive already found a donor for the frame which is in my opinion in pretty good shape and the other parts that are still there I'm going to salvage and use what I need and sell the rest I figure with what I sell I will be paying little to nothing for the frame and the parts I decide to keep. Is a bill of sale for these items enough to use the frame for a reconstruction or will I need the title?
